The Big Day!

Well the smile on this face says it all....at 6:30 am (30 min before he needed to wake up) Thomas bounced out of bed and says is it time to get up? He was immediately ready to start the big day. Without being asked he brushed his teeth, washed his face, and fixed his hair, put his clothes on and was ready for breakfast... He was posing for pictures before I even got the camera out!

He was rushing me out the door this morning...when we got to school he was telling me where his classroom was and as soon as he got in there he was off to explore his new world, I had to ask him for a kiss and tell him bye, he never looked back. I am so thanful he was so excited but I however have been crying ever since :)

The Night Before Kindergarten...

Well it was the night before Kindergarten and their was lots of excitment in our house... we loaded up all the school supplies and checked our backpack with care...packed our lunch for the big day and took a warm bath...then it was off to read a story and get into bed.

We have been reading this book for a week but last night we had to read it twice.

Ready for Baby...

The nursery is finally ready. So Baby Tyler whenever you get ready to come into this world we are ready for you. Which by the way I thought was going to take place very early this morning but after a couple of hours I got to feeling better so I guess he isn't hardly ready yet!

Last Day of Day Care!

Today was Thomas' last day of day care! It's Official...He is Kindergarten Bound!
We had such an amazing experience at the best day care on the planet...I had to fight back tears when I picked Thomas up today. Thankfully they will still get to be a special part of our lives after baby Tyler gets here!

This is Thomas with Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Katie, and Ms. Becca...3 of the most special teachers I have ever met. We sure do love these ladies and cannot thank them enough for the role they have played in each of our lives over the past several years...

32 Weeks and Counting

Well let me just tell you...after the extremely cold winter we had and the days upon days where we had absolutely no sunshine what so ever I swore I would not complain all summer long about the heat...so all I am going to say is I sure am thankful for air conditioning!

I am 32 Weeks and Counting this week, Baby Tyler is a very active little guy and So far we are both doing pretty well.

Breakfast with old friends!

This morning Thomas and I met up with Lynn and her girls and Caroline and Emily for breakfast at Cracker Barrell. Our kids had a great time laughing and eating together. I can't believe how grown up they all are!

Mud Play at Day Care...

It's Farm Week at Day Care so today they are pretending to be little pigs playing in the mud. Check out my little man who is obviously proud to be very muddy!

Welcome to the World Baby Seavy!

He is so cute!

Welcome to the world Baby Benjamin Andrew Seavy was born earlier today. He weighed 7lbs 10oz and was 21in long.

Congrats!!! We are so happy for you!

The Beach and a Wedding

This past week we went to Destin for Tally and Julie's Wedding...

 We were very happy our niece Kaleigh was able to join us.

Kaleigh taught Thomas to open his eyes under the water and had him doing some swimming without his life jacket by the end of our trip. We were all very excited with his progress.

The theme for the night of the wedding rehearsal was pirates. As you can see my crew loved this part!

We grilled out at Julie's condo after the rehearsal on the beach...

The Groomsmen and Ring Bearer...

The Wedding was at Henderson Island State Park in Destin right on the beach...I think Titus is giving Tally a little pep talk right before the ceremony...scary thought, I know!  :)

As you can see the Ring Bearer and Flower Girl were on good behavior as long as they could stand it...
